I really have to leave this house before my family gets me killed. My brother decided he wanted to join a gang and it's the same gang my mom's boyfriend is in so now my mom decided she wanted to join to. My whole family is in a gang including most of my cousins and now they're fighting people and pulling out pistols and I'm scared that somebody will try and take out some kind of revenge on me just because I'm related to them so I'm calling my sister and my cousin and I'm leaving by the end of the month, because my life isn't worth any of this bullshit that my family has gotten themselves into.

I've been out of school for a month now and I found out that my mom didn't just join it she joined it years ago and it's just now coming to light.

Gangs?! Talk with your mom about your concerns, let her know what's on your mind and what you'd like to do. Leaving might be OK, but you should try to do it in a planful way, you don't need this to create even more probs than you already have.

I've had this planned for months. Here is the plan My sister said she was coming to pick me up in her car and drive me to georgia at the end of the month I'm going to call my cousin either today or tomorrow to see if I can stay with her for a while(she already told me I could back in september) then I'm going to tell my family that I'm moving to georgia and that there is nothing they can do about it because I'll be 18 by then.

Leave as fast as you can! This could get you killed. I owuld try to move out by next week. Your mom and brother have gotten themselves into some very risky business. So try to get out and keep it secret. Don't tell her where you're moving. She'll just go out to come and get you.

Make sure you are very polite, respectful and not like obviously trying to get away from gang life. Gangs have connections and if you piss them off, they could come after you
