Just relax and Lie down in bed. Meditate or something like that to clear your head. You will go to sleep( well thats what happens to me.)Good luck and Idon't think this a disorder.

Thats exactly what happens to me and it's not a sleeping disorder your just a night owl. I rather be up all night hanging with friends then fall asleep.

Are you saying you're up all night until 7 am? That's not being a 'Night Owl', that sounds like insomnia to me.

Sure, there are folks out there who hit their sweet spot at night, some who get it in the AM, others who are best in the afternoon. But all of them sleep. Usually about 6 -8 hours, too.

If you've always been this way, then you might need to readjust your 'sleep clock' by forcing yourself to stay awake during the day (no naps!), and then go to sleep for the night at some point after dinner. This might take a while, and you might need to consult with one of those 'sleep clinics'.

If this is a relatively new thing, if you used to sleep better, then you migth need to figure out why this is going on, and you might want to start with a physical exam with your doc. There are a lot of bio reasons why this might be happening now, and the doc could help figure them out.

Also, you migth want to avoid the obvious, like caffeine (read the label, it lurks in a lot of foods), anything really stressful or overly engaging/stimulating in the evening.

You could have a mild form of insomnia bro. Its best to seek medical help, because sleep depravation is pretty serious, and can knock you around alot!
