Is there any way to turn the BB Code off?
I'm getting annoyed at seeing stuff like the code things and all that stuff and I can't tell from what I'm typing. Is there anyway that we can possibly turn it off?

I don't understand what you mean. Are you having problems with BBCode when you are creating a post?

No not at all. I just don't want to see the code itself.

But where are you seeing the code? The code all it does is format font. You shouldn't see the code.

yeah perhaps a screen shot would be helpful....if your meaning like [//COLOR="YellowGreen"][/COLOR//] then that needs left on (ignore the //'s)

Screen shot test
Well I'm unable to take the screenshot. I have no idea what's going on. I'll have to figure out the prob later.
But if you do quote this you will see the Bold, Italic, and underline tags.

yeah that can be switched off by admins but it can be a good feature for some people

I think I know what you are talking about now. Go to your User CP and select Edit Options. At the bottom of that screen there should be a section Miscellaneous Options, in the drop down menu here select WYSIWYG Editing. Currently you have it set for standard editing.
