Is it possible to not go through puberty? I mean if you aren't healthy at all?

very very rare diseases (I haven't even heard of anything like that) may make you not go through puberty. Genetic disorders and body parts (glands etc) that don't work properly work may cause puberty to not happen or progress very slowly.
if you don't eat properly or you have an eating disorder, puberty may progress very slowly or stop
But these are all very rare cases and it's very unlikely that any of this will happen to you. Why are you asking? Are you concerned that you're not going to go through puberty?

You'd have to be missing either your testicles/ovaries or your pituitary glands then and only then would that take place

Well if you had a rare disease like Zach said then it could be possible. It may because you aren't producing the hormones that your body needs to get through puberty.

It COULD be, but most every-one does go through puberty. If you had a genetic disorder or something like that.
