No one knows what this means but you, but you have posted a few of these concerns which almost seem like a panic to me. Based just on that, I think you'd do well to try to find someone (a therapist) to talk this all out with. It's now not just about your urges or behaviors and what they may or may not mean, it's about the way they overwhelm you and freak you out.

You said it interferes with study, so I'll assume at 19 that means Uni. Is there a counselling center or other student health service you can go to?

Its probally your hormones. If you are in puberty still you have to wait and see after puberty has stopped to decide if you are gay. Also try talking to a therapist.
