left arm killing me

yea im confused

about an hour ago my left sholder started hurting for some reason..it feels like i, like maybe i was swimming for a long time & pulled it..but i haven't been in the water in months.

it's weird, i was changing my clothes, and sudenly my arm starts killing me.


yea, i've (tried to) streach it, but it didn't help


i'm just wondering what could've caused this.

no, and THATS' the weird part......atleast the advil kicked in now...

hmm well I've done stuff like that to my neck before. It didn't go away for a few days. I recommend continue using advil
