Using html, you could basically post a page from another site into your post. Any site. If it was a large one with lots of images, etc, it could seriously slow down the site.

And you could post a whole page from a porn site.

And you could do all sorts of other things. I could ramble forever.

Its a major security risk to the site. Plus using an iframe someone can embed a virus or a trojan.

after reading this i would perfer html kept off even as much as i like to use it.

Html is extremely dangerous to have on a forum especially a teen one because it would be constantly abused.
