I just want to say, you really won't gain very much muscle from masturbation, the most likely thing is that you will strain your arm in some way. So please do not go crazy with it thinking you will get really buff, don't hurt yourself.

yeah i agree, going at it hard will more likely give you muscle pain rather then mucsle gain. you're better off doing weights or something like that to build up your muscles.

It depends on what you mean by "gain muscles".

+Yes, you can notice a distinct difference between both arms if you jack off with your right arm and not your left.

+Because you're making your arm do labor, you will gain some muscle, and your jack-off arm might be noticeably larger than the other one, and stronger too

+But this is not a way to train your arms. It doesn't compare to how much muscle you gain when you lift weights. Also, you won't constantly get stronger and stronger in your jack-off arm, and it won't make one arm immensely bigger than the other. It's nothing like lifting weights with one arm and not the other.

+To correct the difference between your arms (because your arms will naturally have a strength and size difference, because one is your dominant hand), try resistance training with either cables, bands, or weights.

So in conclusion, there may be a difference, but it's nothing major like lifting weights and will NEVER be a replacement for lifting weights. You can combat some of this difference and make your arms almost identical in size, shape, and strength through resistance training

Maybe, but you would have to do some hard pumping.

Isn't there something that goes like if you wanna see if a guy jacks off then you just look at their arms or something? :D

But yeah, I'm sure you could gain muscle doing that. I'm pretty sure my right arm is bigger and stronger than my left arm ;) but I think thats just cause I never do anything with my left arm lol.................or DO I?
