Have you had any type of sexual activity?

Have you shaved or trimmed your pubes before? If you have, it might be an ingrown hair
It also might be a pimple. You can get pimples anywhere, and even though the most likely places to get pimples are your back, face, and chest, you can also get them down there. You can get these randomly and they may come back.

have you had sex? Any sexual experience? If you have, it might be herpes. If you've never had sex, there is very little chance you have herpes

No matter what, whenever you have your next physical, try bringing it up with the doc so you can put your mind at ease!

then this is probably a pimple. It will probably go away if you pop it once (if you can see it has some white stuff in it), then clean it, and be gentle during masturbation

Like I said, you can ask your doctor about it during your next regular physical ;D

Well, you're fine then! It's probably a pimple. It will leave at some point.

they don't have physicals in England??? What? that makes no sense, that means there are no doctors that you go to that check your blood pressure, sight, height, weight, genitals, heart rate, etc...

I'm not talking about school checkups, I'm talking about the ones you go to the doctor for

You have never had a check up? There are no check ups? I personally think people would want a check up every once in awhile. Or a physical in order to be qualified for sports, jobs, etc
That's crazy. I don't believe it.

Well if that's the case, you will never truely know what this spot is. Although it sounds like just a harmless little pimple.

that happened to me once. i was j/o-ing like 3 times a day and it got irritated. all you have to do is stop for a few days and it'll go away. then you can enjoy masturbating as usual. oh but i cut back anyway to be sure it didn't come back so i usually only j/o once a day now.

i am from india and there they don't have physicals either so its not so surprising to me. we go to the doc only if something is wrong.

anyways i agree with other people and i think it might be a pimple

Be easier when you j/o. It is probably a pimple.

Listen, the English have the same things we do. They just say it far more politely! (and with that lovely accent).

My bet? Friction burn. If you put your hand over/around your penis as if you were masturbating, I'll bet that the spot is right under one of your fingers.

If so, it's the result of rubbing a bit too aggressively. It's like a little blister, you've rubbed a bit of skin off, and it burns alot, because it's a little abrasion. Put a little Vaseline jelly (NOT the lotion!) on it for a few days, leave it alone, and adjust both your grip and technique.

Sorry to go off-topic, we have GPs and doctors etc but as said before, you only go when there is something wrong as our health care is free so it would be expensive for regular check ups. you have a check up at 3 yrs and thats it. Boosters/injections are done at school for free aswell.
