You're still in the early stages of puberty, so it's normal to feel horny a lot. All I did when I got like that was masterbate and it worked for me, so it's hard tosay how to help. Besides masterbation, you could try looking up pornography.
Other than that, I guess you just have to wait it out until it stops.

Sexual urges are normal, it's all biology. Those hormones.

It takes a while to explore yourself and figure out what you like, what works for you. For some, porn is involved. But, what i'm hearing is that it's not a lack of desire, you don't need to be turned on (sounds like you already are), but rather, just a lack of experience with yourself.
