well i was wondering what the average weight for a 13 year old girl was i am a lil overweight and want to know how much wieght i should lose:whoops:

Just remember that the best way to lose weight healthily is to eat sensibly (e.g. more fruit and veg, less junk food and suitable portions) and regular excercise. You may not see a change right away, but patience is important.
EDIT: Oh, and replace all drinks with water :)

don't eat junk food, try to eat more veg and fruits and water and do exercise running can be the best option

...I just quickly found that, but I was always lead to believe that anywhere between 18.5 and 25 was average...

It's actually supposed to be as low as possible (short of being anorexic or bulimic to achieve it). BMI isn't very reliable, anyway. It doesn't take into account what your mass is, your activity level, etc.
