pubic hair

On my thigh, i have a lot of hair. Some of it is black and the other part looks like it is turning red in color. My hair color on my head is brown/black. Now my pubic hair in my groin is starting to turn red. Is this normal?? Has it happend to any one else?? I am not a red head.

I forgot how old you are, anonnymous. Typically, pubes start out like peach fuzz, then they get darker and coarser. Maybe you're just going thru that particular developmental stage, and noticing them changing.

Pubic hair can be any color, but typically it's about the same color and shade as the stuff under your arms and around your upper thighs (not necessarily the color on your head). This color, though, can change as you develop, as I said, so just enjoy the show!

Yeah, that's pretty weird. Kinda cool though lol. If I were you I'd just go ahead and ask your doctor next time you go visit him/her. But since you're 13, it could be like IAMSAM said and just be kind of a peach fuzz color. Hair, such a strange thing.

It is not really like fuzz. The roots are turning red and now the hair is.

Hey have you ben in the pool latley mabey the clorine has this effect on ur hair because my friend has a problem with her hair turning blonde in the summer because of the pool water
