No, it's not a problem. You've just developed a little late. In time, you'll be able to cum

well, its the truth
people develop differently than each other. You're not rare or anything, there's plenty of people who can't cum even when they're 17. But there's nothing to worry about in puberty, because there's so many changes going on and there's going to be weird stuff. Just wait until puberty's over! your mind will finally be at ease

First time I came was when i was 14, for 4 years i wondered why i could not. If your uncut then try stroking the head not just the shaft. Everyone is different tho I may be wrong. You can also try using you left hand! Have fun and the first time you do cum it will be mind blowing.

it may be possibly because your are not going far enough to orgasm. Try looking at porn and masturbating for a REALLY long time and see if you orgasm.

For those that said "Your just not in the right stage of puberty" I havent even STARTED puberty yet..which makes me feel bad enough as it is.

do you have any body hair (pubes, armpit hair, etc), your penis or testicles have grown, or anything like that? If you have, you are in puberty, and you're just developing a little slowly. There's plenty of us who do that!
If you're sure you haven't started puberty at all, you're just a late bloomer. we see MANY people who ask us what's wrong with them if they haven't started puberty - and most of those people are 14, 15, and 16. I know that there's been a lot of people, because I've been here for 2 years :P
Even if you start puberty late, you will catch up to other people. There's nothing to worry about. It's more than normal - it's common!

Try masterbating to porn as one of the moderators said. Jack off for a long time till you feel the sensation. Keep going. If you have no body hair(pubes, arm-pit), you have not started puberty yet. If that is the case, that is why you can't ejaculate

I do too. I wish I could masturbate with my clothes on and not have to worry about the mess.

As said above, you're a bit lucky, you feel the pleasure w/o the mess.

im 15 and almost 16. i have some hair down there and a few strands under my arms. my voice hasnt dropped, and my penis hasnt grown at all. i also have no cum. im worried. all of my friends are fully developed. when we swim they make fun of me because i have no under arm hair, and they do. im so frustraited with myself, i dont know what to do. ehhhh.
You sound just like Wolven990, a late bloomer. Good news and bad news: Bad news: there's nothing you can do. Good news: you're going to catch up
All you have to do is stop focusing on puberty and start focusing on your schoolwork, activities, friends, and life. Your friends sound like bastards if they're going to make fun of you, and they're not friends if they don't accept you

thats a little unusual if you havent started at all (no body hair) but you are probably late. you might want to see a doctor maybe he can tell if you have a problem or are just late
i have a friend who is 14 and has no signs of puberty at all he said and so they had to give him shots because he had stunted growth.

It's not a huge problem. IT just means that you aren't fully developed to the point of ejaculating.

I don't think its a problem at all man, if you turn 21 and you can't ejaculate, I would seek medical advice, but you are just a bit late.
I think I started to ejaculate at 15, which I thought was late at the time too, but everything should turn out fine mate =D
