Okay so its just about the end of the year of school.

There is this girl in my biology class that I have liked for about 6months and according to my friends she likes me. She knows I like her but we are both VERY shy and blush easily etc... I only see her after school and 6th period Biology and she sits clear across the room.....we make eye contact alot lol but we don't really do anything besides talk etc... She doesnt have a myspace or an msn that I know of and shes doesn't have texting. I want to move forward but I don't know what I should do. Thanks for your help =]

I get it, you're both shy so you're unable to make a move without blushing, blah, blah, blah. BUT nothings gonna happen until one of you makes it happen! And since you're the guy you should do it*. It doesn't have to be big... Just send her a lil' note or something. There are two ways to go with notes:
1) Finding out if she DOES like you (your friends may have got it wrong)
2) Making sure she knows you like her

#2's probably the best because she doesn't have to reply if she doesn't feel the same - #1's gonna give her the idea that you like her anyway

Well you're both shy. Just try to make small conversations with her. Ask her if she wanted to do stuff during the summer like to see a movie or go to dinner or something. It's normal to be shy but just try to make little advancements everytime you see her.

Ask her if she has an MSN or a myspace so that you can communicate.

for a shy person that is easier said then done. i think talking to her and getting to know her would be a good start. no need to rush to ask her out and the better you know her, the easier it will be to work out your own feelings towards her and her feelings towards you.

Well I'm hosting a party at my ranch with about 40 people from school. I want to basically want to flirt and like strait out show affection to her then but I'm not sure how. =P But I'm pretty confident she likes me...
