Is this normal to happen? Does this happen to all when orgasm comes?

yes, it is normal for people to jerk, for example the head, when they orgasm.
Many people respond to orgasm differently. Some may arch their back, curl their toes, clench their fists, moan, and some describe others as "flexing every muscle in their body".
Only one or many of these things may be something that you do, or maybe something else. We're all different.
