Well.. we just moved... and one of my best friedns got pregnant and i wanna go help her out

but idk how to tell my mom... cause i raised my brother and sister so i could help... and the baby daddy is a bumm

and i feel kinda guilty cause my step dad is a truck driveer and my mom kinda sorta needs me.... should i stay??

Wanting to go and help your friend out is a noble idea and all, and I can understand where you're coming from, but it may be best to just stay put where you are if your mother needs you. You can still call your friend and talk with her, make sure she's alright and letting her know that you care about her. Supporting her over the phone may not sound like much, but it can really make a difference.

Perhaps you could go for the summer to be there for her, that wouldn't be a bad idea as long as your mom and her parents are okay with it.

Though, on the other hand if your mom doesn't need you as much as you think, then there may be a very, and I mean very slim chance of being able to stay with your friend during the pregnancy, though I wouldn't get your hopes high. It wouldn't hurt ot ask though, but you'll have to think of what your friend's parents would allow and what your mom would allow as well.
