Your friends might try to make you feel like an alien, but they're just trying to grow up too fast. I mean honestly, who needs relationships during the most confusing years of their life? Sure, life will be a lil' bit more fun, but you're better of just living your life until you've found a girl that makes you feel special :D

She basically summed it up lol. But who really cares that you dont have a Gf, your 13 and the chances are its going to be puppy love anyways, When you find the right one you will be glad.

13? Please tell me you're joking. You're fine. Have fun with friends. Enjoy being a kid. I'm 20 and just got back from Six Flags, where we walked (as a friend put it) "too much" and rode a lot of rides and roller coasters, some more than once. We felt old because by 4:00 PM (after starting at 10:30 AM), most of us were burnt out. Everything was aching. We recalled how easy it used to be to stay in a theme park until it closed. Seeing kids running around (while we ambled) didn't help us feel any younger either. :P

If you get a girlfriend, it happens, but I think 13 is too early to be worrying about things like that, as they probably won't last long anyway. High school and college will change things. I also remember hearing on the news a while ago about a shift in a trend from people marrying their high school sweethearts to people marrying their college sweethearts.

Bottom line: don't sweat it.

And remember, don't get into a relationship just for the "sake" of being in a relationship.
I'm 16 and I've never had a Girlfriend mostly because I have never found anyone I would want as my girlfriend.
It will happen naturally so don't worry.

omg, nothing wrong at all. infact its probably more common not to have had a gf/bf at 13 then it is to have one. you seriously have nothing to worry about and you are totally normal.

I didn't have my first boyfriend until I was 15, almost 16.

Take it as a blessing in diguise, you're only 13 so you still have time to be a kid. And at those early ages, relationships lasting mroe than a month or two is rare. I have a cousin your age and he has a new little girlfriend every other week, lol.

In fact, there are plenty of people my age that still haven't dated and they're all normal people.

No there is nothing wrong. Im 14 and I don't have a girlfriend and i've never been on a date. There are 20 years olds like me. it just means you haven't found that 1 special person. There is nothing wrong and just be yourself and someday you will find that right girl.
