This is a feature located on one of my other forums. It looks like this:

Im wondering if this is a possibility. It would be under the User CP.

I see this as superfluos for a website.

Mmm tell me what would the benefits be? To be honest I wouldn't see it getting much use.

Notes that you can access anywhere instead ogf caring around those things

Mmm tell me what would the benefits be? To be honest I wouldn't see it getting much use.

Say you have an idea for a new thread, but dont have enough info to start it, you can jot it dow there. You could use it to jot down notes on certan members, ideas for the site, ect.

If you want to save a piece of text, send a PM to yourself and make a folder for PM notes. I have a few notes I've wanted to save and sending PMs to yourself is something that works for me.

Then, there's the PM to yourself, as previously suggested, or sending email to yourself.

I thought that was a vB default but it was taken off...idk
but anyways it would be nice. but I never thought of that send a pm to yourself idea. i think i might be using that from now one :D

i don't think it is very necesary, i mean you can copy and paste it into a word document if you have to and then save it. or you could email/pm it to yourself. i mean there are a number of possibilities but i don't think it would be too populer. good idea though, i would use it.
