Or has the "Request Username" option in the User CP is gone?

I went to check my reputation points and I saw that the "Request Username" button is gone. What happened? Was it disabled?

I'm pretty sure that feauture it disabled.
If you really want your user-name changed (even though you aren't eligible), do it the old fashion way and PM and admin.
