I don't know what this is... I woke up this morning and it was on my chest. I thought maybe it was from sleeping on like a rippled pattern or something, but many hours later, its still there.

I looked on WebMD and did the symptom thing and it says it may be A) a bruise, (but I don't remember getting hit...) B) A ruptured blood vessel (Again, not sure how...) C) Mussel strain. (A possibility, I did a lot of work outs with my Wii Fit yesterday, a lot of running and Yoga)

What could this be? Should I be worried?

I think it's probably a bruise... I've woken up with random bruises before... Maybe you got hit there without even realizing it? I once banged my arm into a table and didn't notice a bruise there until like two days later... Sometimes we don't even realize when we bump into something... But then again, as it's on your chest, that is interesting... It probably is just a bruise, it doesn't really look like a muscle strain [do those even leave visible marks?]

I'm not sure if mussel strain leaves marks, and I don't remember hitting anything, and since its on my chest, it probably would have been something rememberable...

I think you may have just slept on it wrong, I have had this happen before when I sleep on my arm or something and it can stay for a long time.
I think it will go away soon.

Looking at the pattern and yellowish to purple-reddish discolouration, I'd say that's definitely a bruise. Nothing to worry about. You may have thrashed around a bit in your sleep or something.
But seriously, nothing to worry about. It'll fade over the next few days.

Yeah you got hit and probably didn't realize it. Probably in your sleep or somewhere else.
