I'm 17, 6 foot and 225 lbs I lift weights i exercise I work i'm active, but i have one problem I binge like crazy. I wake up in the morning and eat breakfeast, then something else, then something else,then something else, lunch then so on and so on. I can't stop myself I have always done it, even when i was as young as 8. Can anyone help?

How much of your weight is muscle? Because it seems to me that you might just have a fast metabolism. Try and eat more healthier things and when you do snack just make it one or two small items like an apple or an orange that way your not putting bad stuff into your body.

I do have a quite a bit of muscle. It's not really the weight and stuff I worry about it's that i can't control my eating and I just go crazy.

You could just have a fast metabolism, but I think it would help you to try and eat 3 big meals in the day instead of a ton of snacks.
