Trust me, you will know. Both of your eyes will lock on to each other, and wait for her to start bringing her head closer to yours. Then start moving your head toward hers. Don't go in too quickly that it makes it seem like you've been waiting your entire life to do it, but don't go in so slow that it makes it seem like you don't really want to kiss.

Lol, well I think it is time, you should probably make the first move if you want to because she may be scared too, and you never know how it will turn out, it may lead to an awkward situation (I know mine wiht my current girlfriend has) or it may be amazing, or both! well like others have said, you'll know. but this is something i have done with my first girlfriend and thought it was a totally stupid idea, but it worked. i just asked her if i could kiss her. it turned out that she wanted to kiss me too, but neither of us knew how to go about it. so once the ice was broken, it becomes so much more natural and we kissed quite a lot after that.

Well... I think since you're asking, it's same to assume that YOU want to kiss her (duh). After going out for a whole month I would say that she definitely wants to kiss you too, BUT there is such a thing as waiting too long. You're teenagers now; relationships aren't like they used to be in Grade 6 where all you did was hold hands for a couple weeks :D

Just do what's been said and either:

1. Ask her if you could kiss her (cuz you really want to! :D)

2. Set up a fun/romantic date in the near future and just GO FOR IT near the end (trust me the timing is pretty easy to figure out on a nice date like that, you'll definitely be able to tell when the time for kissing is just right).

BUT don't wait too long dude! If you do it could have some negative consequences. Like I said you're older now and after a month honestly she's probably WONDERING why you haven't kissed her yet! So good luck and get to it! :yeah:
