awkward question

What is the best way to tell a friend that she needs to start wearing a sports bra? Everyday at gym class, i watch people watch her boobs bounce around, she does have a pretty big breasts. i really like her, and i dont want to freak her out, but how do i let her know?

The best way is to simply tell her... I doubt it will freak her out, and it will be doing her a lot of good, so there's no reason why not too. She won't be angry.

Like Mzor said, just tell her. But if her breasts are quite large than a sports bra isn't gonna stop 'em from bouncing (trust me, I know!) but it should reduce the amount of bounce :)

I doubt she'll listen to an anonymous note telling her to buy a bra. ROXurSOX, just tell her. Make sure you're in a semi-private location you don't embarrass her, and just gently tell say something like, "Look, I'm not trying to embarrass you, but I've noticed the other guys watching your boobs a lot in gym class, and I wanted to suggest that you keep a sports bra in your locker." Don't push the subject, it's up to her what she wants to do. Just bring it up, give her a moment to respond if she's going to, and move on to another topic.

I can't remember it, but there's a site you can go to that you can use to send you're friend an anonymous e-mail about it. You just go on it, type you're friends email, and then send them the message. I can't remember the site though, I'll give you the site once I find it.

You can be a gentleman and tell her personally. And since you like her and all you might get more than a simple response like thank you. If so, tell her during a relaxing time, like lunch or something. When you're telling her make sure you guys are not within an earshot. Also here's something you can say so it won't sound to hurtful:

Hey Anna, I was thinking and all. But maybe you should think about getting a sports bra for gym cuz people are looking at you in gym, And ya.

Remember you can tell her anyway you feel comfortable with, this was just an example.
