Yes STDs can spread through oral sex, usually the person giving oral sex is taking the bigger risk rather than the person receiving. But it is possible for the receiver to get it if the person has a STD in their throat/mouth.

Before engaging in any kind of sex with someone you should both have an STD test if you want to be sure and its important to know and trust this person.

Well there's still a risk to yourself and her even in light of this new information. Its basically up to you if you want to take them and be able to live with the consequences that may occur.

You don't know if she has an STD or not until she's been tested.

Condom essential wear, if she doesnt want to use one because of the taste, take some flavoured condoms along (apple chocolate etc.) but it will protect you 2 from STD's

Yes, oral sex can spread STD's, primarily herpes. Herpes is caused by a virus, and estimates are that 1:5 sexually active people under 21 have it. So, although there's no way of knowing if your lady friend has it, if she's been doing this for a while, there's a greater chance she might. Well, I dont think of him as a back-stabber just a big dick. He knew I liked her and we have talked about If I should ask her out before, but he does ask her out while knowing this. Anyway I've had some help, one of my best friends I have known since I was 3 (11 years), has a bunch of friends that are girls that are way different than the others.
