caring too much about what people say

I think I am parnoid. In art one day my best friend told me I was acting incredibly parinoid. For a month after he still called me paranoid. Then my parents said I care way to much about what other people think of me. I always feel that people are always talking about me behind my back. Am I paranoid?

I agree with KGTM. I kind of feel the same as you, that people are always talking about me behind my back, because that's how everyone in my whole town is, backstabbers. I think all you can do is learn to ignore it. I'm very good at ignoring things and I don't let people bother me. I dont' think you are paranoid though.

I was the same way but one day came to a realization. There is going to always be someone judging you, talking trash and looking at you. Just live for you and no need to worry about them

i think everyone's a little paranoid at times...
but i kinda understand what you are feeling, becuz i get some weirdest thoughts and paranoia that doesn't even make sense...
