Well my voice I think is breaking. It is always going high when I speak. And then it is back to normal. Also my penis has gotten bigger. But still no sign of armpit hair

like u my voice is also cracking so are goin to sometimes u hit a like a high pitch sound and it will become normal again.
ur dick will get bigger through the process of u goin through puberty.
as of armpit hair i didnt get it until 14. so its goin to be a while. and i started puberty at 10 really early.

Well done, you have just entered a major stage of puberty!

Haha, no seriously, this is perfectly normal, and will generally happen in most cases, once a childs voice changes from the high pitched tone, to that of a deeper tone that most adolescents and adults share.

This never really happened to me, my voice gradually just changed from a squeaky little noise to a much deeper adult voice.

But its normal, and so is the growth of your penis. The stage of puberty you are in now is probably the most exciting as far as bodily changes are concerned.

And the armpit hair for me was the 2nd last ordeal, with the last being significant amounts of facial hair. I think I was 15 or maybe even 16 when I began to get underarm hair.

Reading alot of the posts on stages people are up to in puberty, many 13 year olds are claiming to have facial hair, which I find hard to believe. Its different in everybody, and I think, if you are somewhere between 13-15 years of age, then you are developing perfectly normally, and plenty more changes will occur throughout your body.
