ok I'm 13 and I just started being able to cum about a month ago, and my older brother says not to do it so much because it contains Zinc, the mineral we need for eyesight, and eventually if lose enough we can go blind, is this true?

No haha your brother is playing games with you. If it does happen to contain zink, it is definitely not taking it from your eyesight needs. Also, your body is always taking in zinc, and probably expels some through waste, if its abundant, so i wouldn't worry about it.

Semen (thats the more technical word) DOES contain some Zinc, and Zinc DOES aid in eyesight.

However, the quantities are so small that there is nothing to worry about. Some people masturbate up to 10 times a day.

Semen doesn't contain THAT much zinc. If you really want to believe this, consider this: semen also contains calcium, antigens, chlorine, cholesterol, choline, vitamin C, creatine, DNA, fructose, glutathione, hyaluronidase,inositol, lactic acid, magnesium, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, purine, pyrimidin, pyruvic acid, sodium, sorbitol, urea, uric acid, and vitamin B12

There are so many components that make up your semen. That means there isn't a whole bunch of just one thing in there, so you're not losing much of anything. Even though you are losing a very very small amount, it is NOT enough to lose ANY bodily function like eyesight. In fact, not masturbating could increase your stress levels because you don't have that sexual release, which sucks

But yeah, just to reaffirm what Flex said, its normal and masturbating has the same relasing effect as intercourse, so if masturbation makes you go blind, so does Sex. And that simply doesn't make sense.

of course it does, but in this case it's stupid. Even if you think about how some parents of other organisms may die off as they reproduce, those organisms usually produce a hell of a litter. But humans usually only make 1 baby. So replacing one person's disability with a new person just isn't how nature works.

Way more than a few do buddy. Read an article about it a while back; nearly 70% of men past the age of 65 still masturbated at least once a month if not every couple weeks (and even then some did as often as we do now in our teens).
