Boys record rape of girl, 10, on mobile
Two boys have been charged in France for the rape of a 10-year-old girl that they recorded on mobile phone video and showed to friends at their Paris area school, a judicial source said.
The rape occurred after one of the boys, aged 11, had watched a pornographic film with his 12-year-old friend and his sister, and decided to reproduce scenes from the movies, the source said.
The boys from the Montfort-l'Amaury school in Versailles, outside Paris, filmed the rape and showed the footage to about 100 fellow students over a week.
The duo have been detained and are due to undergo psychological testing.
Under French law, the two cannot be sentenced to a jail term as they are under 13, but they may be ordered to do community work or face some other penalty.
Personally, i think that it is stupid that they cannot be charged, fault in french law i say
