Your almost 17 puberty lasts until your early 20's so your still developing so theres plenty of time for your girth to increase

what is your girth, it depends on your size, but you very well may grow more, most people dont stop growing until thier 20's

You are still growing, I had the same problem, but now my girth is about 2x the normal average and I am just a little over average length, don't worry it will come!
