ugh!! stupid ipod!!

idk wtf happened to my ipod, but i lost some files after i deleted limewire so i went through all the songs to see which ones needed to be replaces (the exclamation point next to the song) well i had my ipod plugged in and i got the exclamation points in almost all of my music in the ipod library ( not the itunes library) and alot of songs were from CD's. wat do i do?

If you didn't get them in your iTunes library but only on your iPod that means they are still on your computer and for some reason got messed up on your iPod. So just reset your iPod and put everything back on.

I accidentally deleted all the songs on my iPod on wednesday night, i thought I was deleting the songs in the library. As soon as I realised (pretty quicky) I pulled the cabe out the iPod, both the iPod and iTunes see the songs there but the iPod doesn't play them and goes onto the next track after about 3 or 4 seconds. And iTunes just comes up with the little ( ! ) next to the song if you try and play it. The photos and videos are still fine. Hopefully I can back the songs up and just put them all back on. At least I know what's on there to put back on if I can't rescue them anyway.

Did this happen while it was putting the songs on the iPod? Because if it said to not disconnect it, then that's what happened

I Know how u feel i did the same thing but my ipod is pretty crappy it skips songs and stuff but it took me hours to replace all my songs trust me ipods can be very frustrating:lol:

yea, im not at all thrilled to put all the music back on, and your Sora lion is sooo cute! i love him in the lion king!
