Hey guys

As some of you know, I've been cut free for a while. And of course I'm not perfect, urges still creep up on me, and I was wondering, if anyone had any book reccomendations I could perhaps look into?
I've found one or two but I'm really un sure about how the book presents the issue, some can be shallow and some can be deep. Going for deep books here, I don't mind if it has triggering content, that normally doesn't bother me.

But I really want a book or two on self harm, perhaps to help banish the last of whats left or something I don't know.

Any recommendations guys?

Thanks in advance xx

Are you looking for fiction books or like self-help books?

I don't know really, maybe true story ones? Like how overs have over come it?
I need books that won't look obvious on my shelf you see, as I read alot of real life books (such as Child called IT, I choose to live) then I can pass it off easily. A self help book might give my old secret away.

Well maybe can search your local library. I'm sure they have a card catalog.

But a really good one is

Angels Fall From Gasoline Rainbows: A Novel
By:CJ Madsen.

Its about a boy who loses his mother and he deals with cutting to express himself.
