Well, you guys are 14, and most 14 year-olds don't do co-ed sleepovers. I know that sleeping in the same room doesn't mean you'll automatically be getting busy, but your parents want to be sure. After-all, if you two were to have sex, her parents could in theory sue your parents for not supervising you guys more closely. I guess you should just calmly talk to them, and let them know that you do not want to have a romantic relationship with this girl, and that you don't see this as really any different than a sleepover with the guys. In the end, it's their decision, and they might still say no. If they do, you have to respect that.

I agree with Jessi, and also, if your parents do agree, expect them to be watching you both a lot :)

I agree with Jessi, you should talk to your parents (calmly) about it. :-) Explaining yourself, and why there really isnt any reason for them to worry. But be prepared for them to stand by their decision. And if they do, accept it and ask if they would consider it again soon.
The worst thing you can do is get mad about this.
They're just looking out for you because they care.
