MSN!!!!!!

OMG Is anyone else having HUGE tech issues with MSN!
I can't log on to MSN Messenger OR my hotmail email account. Can someone else try to do it and see if it works for you. I wonder if they had a huge crash of some sort.

If you have a modem disconnect it and connect it again and try to sign in.

And whar is The Version you are using?
MSN Messenger 7, 7.5
Windows Live Messenger 8, 8.5 or 9(BETA)?

When I troubleshoot it says something about Keyports and before it said something Default Gateway. And I am not exactly sure...I think 7.5 but im not sure. I think I will uninstall it and reinstall a newer version if available. Execpt I cant navigate their damn site with all that c rap about IM or whatever. Ehh...can some one give me some linkage...wella ctually I will do trial and error...tbl

On messenger, click on Help then About Messenger, it will tell you what version you have. Also if you have a modem/router, reset that.

I don't have any problem with it, it's slow, but that's just because I have dial-up.

Okay, well all it says is : Version 2008....

Also, I can't get on my AIM either. I reset my modem and I also unplugged/replugged in my router so that is a 'reset'. It still does not work and I am thinking I am having issues connecting to the server OR I have a virus...All of this crap happened after I talked to someone via my MSN when tehy have Yahoo!...I wonder if that makes a difference...

All of my accounts work on Pidgin however...so I am quite confused and really dont feel like doing that whole install biz. any last suggestions

Okay, so I uninstalled and reinstalled WLM and it still does not work. In addition to that I turned off every single firewall and security thing that I have. I can not also log onto AIM. Although, I use Pidgin and everything is fine. Can someone please tell me what is going on?

It sounds like someone might have to take a look at your computer. I've never heard of anything like that.
