I'm getting really stressed about how late i am with puberty. i mean im about a year late maybe a bit more and it is just the most annoying thing ever also its going slowly as well it is so stressful seeing people 1 or 2 occasionally 3 years younger than me a lot more developed than me. just argh!

You're 14. I don't really consider that late. But you'll be developing at some point don't worry

no i started when i was like 13 and a half, pretty late. and because im going slower, it means as i get older im gradually getting later. if that makes sense. takes the piss.

There is no set time for your body to start developing during puberty at different stages different parts of your body change it might seem late now but puberty changes more than just the visual parts of your body.

yeah i know but it is extremely frustrating i cant help finding it frustrating and it is just so argh! i look more like a 10 year old. and it isnt fair.

You started when you were 13 1/2? How is that late? I can understand if you were like 16 and hasn't started. But that's about average starting

it is late compared to like everyone around me. most people start at 12.

Well hey that's the people around you. You shouldn't be feeling bad about it. They may be a bit early and you may be late.

It's just that 13 is about the usual age

enough of this rubbish mate! do you see what you're typing? you're getting all wired up over something so stupid! if anything, be grateful you're developing later than everyone else! when you and your peers are around 60 years old, your buddies will be deteriorating, developing erectile disfunction, developing prostate cancer because they can't jizz, plus their skin will begin to wrinkling. BUT, on the other hand, you'll be in your prime, snatching up all the young ladies at the bar!

i know it must be frustrating at such a young age. i was in your shoes, i hit puberty around 14, i know what you're going through. im 18, and i'm just now growing a goatee! all of my buddies have full beards, and im still a baby face! now, how would THAT make you feel?! :yes:
