I've smoked weed and cigarettes for 3 years and I'm only 16. It started out from just hanging out with friends and they just offered me some, and not to try and offend them I did it. Then I did it a few more times after that with them just to not feel left out, because I was at a very emotional state back then. Now, I'm doing both of them on my own accord, and I can't stop. Weed isn't much of a problem as me smoking cigarettes, because I could stop if I want to. But cigarettes I can't stop smoking, I'm totally addicted and smoke about 10-15 a day. I don't know what to do.

I feel your pain *sobs* I'm fiffteen, and in july of 2002, I explored ciggeretts. And have, as an addict, done them ever since. Weed i didn't try untill 2003, but as well, weed has become a weekly thing for me. Friends that do it don't help either. I try to quit but I cain't. I just wanna be healthy.

The Only Thing That I Can Say Is That If You Do Somthing To Distract You From The Fact You Need A Smoke It Might Work.. Or Something I Did The Last Time I Stopped Smoking (I Do Again Now) Is To Cut Back The Number Of Smokes That You Smoke In A Day Intill You Get To None And Once You Get There (It Might Take A While) Try and Stay Like That It Might Help You It Might Not. Some People Have An Easiser Time Quitting Then Others.. Good Luck

basically all of you people are totally screwed because youll never break the addiction without rehab and i bet none of you are willing to fess up to it and get professional help--until then youre gunna have to suffer and live out the consequences of your stupid decisions you guys made a long time ago.

trust me im friends with people who have been addicted since like 7th grade. nothing anyone says will help them quit. they have to do it on their own

The reparer outlook express (http://www.oemailrecovery.com/repair-outlook-express-fr.html) and recover outlook express messages (http://www.mail-repair.com/recover-mailbox.html) has prompted you a path of the Outlook Express files' storage. And now save the damaged dbx files in the safe folder, they can be useful.

Try the patch, and like broken said, every so often smoke 1 less a day. good luck quitting.

one thing that helps is when you find yourself reaching for a cig, stop and grab some gum.

I wish I could offer advice for quitting, but I've never had trouble with it. I just tell myself I won't do it anymore. I've successfully given up marijuana, oxycodone, and cocaine.

Just try.
