Nope. It can cause them to sag though, as gravity pulls them down. If you've ever seen one of those National Geographic documentaries featuring certain tribes in Africa, you'll remember that the women's breasts were like, down near their belly-buttons. They weigh more than you'd think, so gravity pulls them downward naturally. Also, when you run without a bra on, your breasts tend to bounce, which is uncomfortable and can even hurt. On another note, going braless is very obvious if your breasts are big enough to wear a bra. With an AA or A cup, you could probably get away with one of those camisoles with the built-in shelf bra, but typically a B cup and above needs a bra. Otherwise, the outlines of the nipples are easy to see through the fabric, and just the way they sit makes it obvious that you have no bra. It's not "sexy" in most cases, it tends to look like you don't take care of yourself and you're too lazy.
I don't know if you're a girl, maybe you're a guy who's just heard some things and wants to find out if they're true. But if you are a girl, I highly suggest the bra, at least when you're out in public.

I do wear a bra, but i just was wondering if like wen i slept it would make them bigger because i want bigger boobs. I have like a b cup but my boobs look like a little kids, like the nipples. I hate them

Don't worry about it. :) You don't need to wear a bra when you sleep, either way, but it definitely wouldn't change anything. Your breasts are still growing, and their shape will change too as time goes on.

I'm not sure if it's true, but I've heard that if your wear a bra while you sleep then they grow mishapen... I do suggest wearing a bra at all times, except while sleeping, mainly because I find it uncomfortable.

Wearing a bra while you sleep will have no effect whatsoever on your breasts. Just do what's most comfortable for you. :)

Not wearing a bra won't effect size but could cause them to sag, and don't worry they'll grow.

I think she was commenting more on the shape, actually, rather than the size.

I don't think it affects the size of the boobs but maybe it could cause them to sag.

I dont think not wearing a bra really affects size... to be honest, i usually dont wear a bra because i find them uncomfortable & have not really developed any boobs yet.
