Did you hit it hard on anything?

Well, where does it hurt? Is it muscle pain, joint pain? It's possible you slept in an odd position last night, or recently, and it's a little out of whack. You may have also tweaked it a little while lifting something, bumping into something. Sometimes when you stumble, you manage to just barely catch yourself before hitting the ground and a muscle can be sore from the sudden effort, I've had that happen before, is that possible for you? If nothing like that seems to fit, and you think it's likely a muscle issue, just try to put some heat on it if you can. On for 15 minutes, off for 45, on for 15 again. Do that once or twice a day, depending on the pain level, and see if it helps.
It's also possible that you have a hairline fracture, depending on where it hurts. Some spots are hard to crack without realizing it, but others get hurt fairly easily. A "real" break would cause swelling and bruising, but a hairline fracture can have no outward signs. It would require that you've done something to cause it though, so think hard. It doesn't necessarily have to be something like dropping a cinder block on your arm, I once got a hairline fracture in my wrist doing handstands with a friend (we were both trying to see who could balance the longest, and without any gymnastics training I was landing too hard on my hands and ended up causing the fracture), but some sort of force is typically required.
In any case, if you can find a possible cause, it'll be easier to figure out how to make it feel better. :)

Hm, I think the mod said it all.
But sometimes you can have things hit your arm.
It could be many things, but I am not smart when it comes to this type of subject.

Well, the mod really said all of the things it could be, I would just rest it and see how it is in a few days, If it isn't better, might want to get it looked at by a doctor. I really doubt its a nerve or anything of the such if it just hurts when you move it. Honestly, I'd just guess that you pulled a muscle or something.
