I see.
Personally, I'd just tell him that you'll tell him when he's older,
Because in the next couple years he'll understand, but not now.
Maybe explain that it's a part of growing up.

Knowing how mean I am, I would awnswer a few questions as exhadurated as I could, that would teach him :P
Maybe ask your parents if its okay to talk to him about that stuff, I'm sure be would rather hear it from you than your parents ;) he looks up to you!

Tell him that if he has any questions about it then ask to ask your parents or that he's too young to know and he can ask when he's older

It's up to you, you can answer his questions and send him on his happy way, or you can tell him to wait until he's older. Or you can tell him to go as your parents. It's completely up to you. It sounds like you aren't comfortable talking to him about this, so you can wait until he's older or tell him to go talk to your parents.

try and tell him he'll know in a couple years....if he still doesn't stop bugging you then just give him the answers but not the whole answers (it might be scary to know the whole truth)

well you can answer any questions that are suitable for his age (why is there hair around it, etc.) but don't answer any that are getting personal or he shouldn't be hearing untill grade 5 and the puberty movie.

my advice is to tell him that that is your personal buisnes and maybe when he is older he can have that talk with and aduklt and leave the subject alone after that. :D
