Nerves...grrr

Any time I want to arrange to go to a movie with my friends, or similar- I get really nervous and it seems really hard for me to ask them. :SIGH


What can I do.... i hate it.....

I don't see anyway around it. Trust your friends and tell them what you want but be prepard to do what they want too.

Just chill out and trust your friends to say yes but not all of the time.

PS: I take 4 50mg tablets of imipramine for panic attacks (which are really scary).

It almost completely cured me of having panic attacks

So there is help if you can your parents to send you to a shrink so you can get help (meds).
