could my penis be growing?

my penis size when i am soft is between 1-2inches, but when hard it can get up to 5inches. im pretty sure its starting to look bigger but only when erected. like, ill say about 6 months ago my erection size was like 4.5inches and now its about 5inches but hasnt grown when soft. you know what im saying? is this possible?

very possible and very normal. its nothing to worry about. in puberty your penis will change, but all the changes won't happen at once. anyways, for some adult guys the erect penis is on small anyways.

To add on to Boomerang's post, Many grown men have very small penises while flacid, but while erect they grow bigger. For example, there are people we call in our gym class Showers and Growers lol :P, Pretty easy to get but ill tell you :P.

Growers - Small while flacid, Big while Erect.
Showers - Big while flacid and dont grow much while getting hard.

But in the end, Your penis isnt something you should obsess over. Everyone's is different.

Yeah the same has been happening with me I'm sure it'll grow when soft someday but until then just wait it out.

100% Normal. Your penis is growing all the time in puberty, it grows at different paces at different times. Like mine was growing fast then recently it's only grown 1/2 inch in nearly a year so you can't really tell.

yeah... I'm 16 in a week, and I am like 2-3 inches when soft, but like 6.5 inches when soft, I am only not hard and naked around guys after gym, and there are some SCHLONGS in there... but meh... mine is good for me... there is one kid in there that is at least 6 inches when soft! haha... i ramble a lot...

Well I say if it is appearing to be getting bigger it is growing.
Does anyone know like averageish speed for it to grow at different steps of puberty?
Or if you dont know you might just give what you did. I mean not ages because im quite a bit out.
