boring and annoying

ok i was 10 and i had a best friend,funny,humorous and playful.
but when i turned 13..i noticed that he makes the most boring and annoying conversations! is this because of puberty?have i changed interest?

it's probably the mental side of puberty, but it's probably more the atmosphere and attitudes that you're noticing at school. You're probably just more mentally mature and he's still naive

i would say that you are more mature, and that you maybe have different tastes and views to him

I've found that in puberty as you get older and especially more mature, you get interested in different stuff like politics and making fun of it etc. I would say that maybe he is more mature than you not the other way around, as this mental side of puberty has had more of an effect on him. Be patient, and get used to him.
P.S - Maybe he's depressed, that could be why he's not as fun anymore????
