You can, but it is not recommended as it can give you back problems. Your hand should work just fine.

What? That makes no sense lol :P Be more specific... I would consider that spam since it was short, and didnt offer any help and i don't get it :P Anyway back on topic... Be careful with your back.... It can hurt a bunch if you hurt it, and its really obvious when its hurt and everyone knows what you tried to do :P
