Yes, you can have an orgasm from anal stimulation. It's not really an "anal orgasm" but it is brought on from anal masturbation. As flex stated, the prostate isn't the only thing that can be stimulated. You do have nerve ending in your anal cavity and a lot of people find that pleasurable.
