Yes, its okay by a medical stand point. It relieves stress, lowers heart rate, and all this jazz.

By a religious stand point, it is not exactly okay depending on the religion and your own personal beliefs.

So, by doctors, its fine if not actually beneficial for you. But, what makes it okay, is your own personal morals.

how come when i ask my friends that are girls (dont ask, were really close friends) if they have j/o'd they say they havent and they say that would be discusting. how come girls dont do it and guys do?

Trust me, girls masterbate.
They just don't want to admit to it.
It's almost the same concept as being a slut or not,
It that clears it up somewhat.
Most girls keep their personal life in the closet and life about it,
Rarely will a girl admit to masterbating because shances are she'd feel dirty.

It's perfectly alright to do so but I choose not to. For me it just appears as an act of dependancy, a negative trait that I'd rather not have. Call me stubborn.
