No this does not refer to the games forum. :P

You know that Govteen has a GT Arcade? Like an actual one? Could VT possibly have one as well?

That's not a bad idea. I agree!

I was thinking about this too but it sorta goes back and forth in my head I'm not sure if we should have it or not.

i think it would be a good idea. you could even make like a copatition out of it. only thing is it might take a lot of time and it could possibly have a lot of problems. sorry to be such a pefamist (or whatever the opposite of optimist is). but still i think its a good idea.

The opposite of an optimist is a pessimist, just so you know. :D

I don't know if we really need an arcade. Sure, it has the tournament feature, but if you want to go play some games, go to a site like MindJolt and you've got hundreds of games at your fingertips! It's just my opinion, but I wouldn't use the arcade unless there was a tournament.

It depends if the Forum provider supports Arcades in forums. I have run a few forums and I know how to set an Arcade up. I would be happy to do it if I had access to the Administration Panel!

Yeah you joined today and have 7 posts.... not gonna happen.

Our admins know how to do things just fine. There actually is an arcade for vBulletin but its up to them if they wish to install it.

It would bring in a few more members and increase forum activity.

As much as I think about it I don't think that this has been suggested for a while. I think one of their arguments may be that VT is a help site for advice and teen issues and like...having an online family and not a place to game...idk.

I have no opinion on this.

I dont feel like I can have Adminship over this big of a community.. I would go with Moderator or Global Mod at most.. I wouldn't Accept adminship until I was atleast 1 year old + I know alot of people here!

My fault... I was thinking the same thing.. "Get back on Topic".

I like the idea BUT I think this is more about Teen Life Help not a Gaming Arcade.. If you want that. Try the next few links..

i think an arcade would be great for attracting new users to our forums

I don't see this as needed. VT is becoming the Wal-Mart of the internet...chat...forum....social networking. If people want to play games, there are plenty of sites they can visit.

^^ That's very true and I also think Kiros is swamped at the moment. Rather than pestering him with new ideas, we should just sit back and enjoy what he has given us in his recent updates. We should start thanking him and praising him before we go begging him for more.

New ideas are good. No one here is demanding anything now but they are things that may be considered in the future when other priorities are taken cared of.

i agree with you, Kiros has done an awesome job, but i think an arcade could be on the agenda in the next few months or so
