Stop eating junk food, start drinking water and only water, eat fruits/vegetables, and start running/working out. That should get you started.

Yeah and don't give up just keep exercising and believing that you can do it. Also write down some goals that always helps.

Indeed, and make sure the goals are realistic. 1-2 pounds a week is a healthy, realistic goal.
It really does take a lot of discipline. You can do well for say 3 months and suddenly decide to take a few days off from exercising then it turns to a month or more. Stay with it otherwise you'll be wasting your time.

Just remember, no crash diets or bursts of exercise. The body likes slow changes in terms of food and exercise. Your body needs food for energy. If you eat more than what your body needs, it stores it away as fat and thats when you gain weight.
So just reduce the intake of calories, and increase your levels of activity. Maybe walk instead of driving to the store, use stairs instead of lifts, when watching tv.. during commercial breaks, do a little jumping jacks or something.
Replace your colas with water.
Many small things can make a difference :) You don't need to do 2 hour cardio a day and go on some lettuce and water diet. That is the WORST choice you can do.
Take it slow, you'll get a healthy figure again.

I'm in the same boat hun, no worries.
The recommended 64 oz. or water everyday is a good starting place, it helps curb appetite.
Also, portion out your foods correctly, I cannot stress this enough! Portioning your food servings is the most important factor in lsoing weight when you first start.
Getting out and walking is also a good thing to take up, especially since the weather is getting much better. Rather than watching TV or spending hours on the computer, o walking with friends. Last year we used to go and play tennis when we got bored.
It really helps to find a support system as well.

well you shouldnt do that! your setting a terrible example for people who are overweight, and besides, when you throw up to lose weight, its harmful to your body!
