a few puberty questions

so i am 15 just about to be 16..... and idk if something is wrong with me... like am i late or what... but my voice has not dropped, and my penis is not as big as it should be (4)... i just hit a growth spurt but nothing has changed... i have alot of hair down there but no where else like under my arm pits or on my legs, and when i go, its clear... so idk if somethings wrong or what..... but everyone asks me if im twelve and stuff.. and it realy pisses me off that i cant do anything about it....

I know how you feel. I'm mostly like you, except for the fact that my cum is developed. I'm 15 years old, I'm really short, my voice is only just starting to get deeper, and I have a total of two armpit hairs (That is the actual statistic).

The only thing you can do is wait. You will probably grow more, you have a good 4-5 years of puberty left. Everyone's different in the end, and there's nothing that can change that. Just remember that you still have a ways to go, and in that time, anything can happen.
