Website help needed!!

Right I just bought my hosting and domain and I didn't realise quiet how complicated settings it up is :x I am pretty bad with the file manager so if anyone could basically help me install and edit my template so that the site is designed and ready then I can just edit it myself.
I would be extreemly gratefull!! I am having real problems getting this up, so any help would be greatly appreciated :)

What kind of forums are you using?

My hosting installed phpBB for me. Then I installed one of its premade skins to make it with a black back ground etc.

No josh its not just a forum, I have no problem installing that, I've got phpbb2 ready to go, I just need to get the template for my main site installed and edited.

edit: Wow that sounded mean now that I read over it, I meant like.. There's no premade templates, some web design apps have them but they're pretty basic. The best way to go is to make it yourself.

I'm no good with design Kev, and basically I just need someone to help me install a template and help me edit it.
