so, i think i put an old thread with the same subject and title. so i m 14 and i weigh 263 my height is 5'9. so i put that on the old thread and one person put a responce to my thread and said that i need to get more pubes and wait.

my question is what dose get more pubes mean? also is ok for someone of my size to lift weights? thanks for the answers!

Pubes = pubic hair (hair above your dick and on your balls). That person that answered your question didn't answer it correctly - pubes have nothing to do with working out

It's ok to lift weights at your age and size as long as you do it the right way
ask a coach or trainer to help you with that, as a lot of people swing when they lift, and their form is just fucked up

Pubic hair has nothing to do with muscle growth or anything. They may have meant it would be best for you to wait until you are further along with puberty. But in all reality as Flex said its fine to lift weight as long as you do it the right way. And don't do too much at a time. Talk to your gym teacher or coach or something he'll be able to tell you who to talk to or he'll be able to help you.
