LIke a cup as in a 'nut cup'? A jock strap?
YOu can get it at your local sporting goos store and also they are to protect your testicles from blunt trauma and harm. Atheletes where it particularly in football and baseball.

Disadvantages of wearing a cup: you can't run as fast; kind of uncomfortable
Advantages: The ability to have children in the future; minimal pain when hit in the genital area

Ok I never wore one for football, but I'd advise it for hockey and baseball. Like John said, you can get them at a sporting goods store or Scheels or something like that.
